We have missed our cat, Cleo, the last half of 2009, but her visiting sister Loretta has delighted us with cute kitty antics. She reminds us of a younger, livelier Cleo -- kinder and gentler, too. This morning, after we cleared the presents from under the Christmas tree, I noticed its branches swaying and the ornaments bobbing. Surely enough, Loretta perched on a high branch, pawing at one of the nearby bird ornaments. The tree didn't crash, and she allowed me to retrieve her without a fuss - very unCleoesque.
