    Did you try in a class or with a DVD? I was terrified of a class, but pretty bold with a DVD. Try it again, you'll like it!

    Ah, the irony of it all! You are right, I would have said, "But I CAN'T do yoga!" I'm so glad that I reconsidered! Ooops, off to the mat...
